Experience Emirates First Class
From the moment you leave home until you arrive at your destination, the Emirates First Class experience ensures an exceptional journey.
With service in more than 70 cities around the world (available within a set distance), Emirates offers its First Class and Business Class travelers complimentary Chauffeur-driven airport transport, making the sometimes-arduous experience of getting to the airport easy and comfortable. A vehicle from the Emirates fleet, which includes models from BMW and Mercedes-Benz, will pick up travelers before their flight. After arrival, Emirates Chauffeurs can take travelers straight to their final destination (within the service range). Sample vehicles are the BMW 520i Touring deluxe wagon and, for groups or families, the Mercedes-Benz V Class, with seating for as many as eight people. With onboard Wi-Fi and comfortable and spacious interiors, the Chauffeur vehicles make the best of airport transportation.
With Emirates, airports feel more like private clubs than busy transportation centers. At select airports worldwide, Emirates gives First Class and Business Class travelers exclusive access to its Emirates Lounges, which offer a reprieve from crowded international airports. The Emirates Lounges are stylish sanctuaries with easy Wi-Fi access and business facilities, along with a wide selection of fresh dining options, fine wines, and premium spirits. Highlight amenities at select locations include a Moët & Chandon Champagne lounge with canapés from Michelin-starred chefs; a Health Hub with health-conscious dining options; a Timeless Spa with treatment rooms and private showers; and a dedicated Cigar Bar. Select Emirates Lounges even offer direct boarding access for First Class and Business Class passengers.
The biggest benefit to traveling with Emirates is the flight itself, which presents an in-air experience that is second to none. The Emirates First Class cabin aboard its A380 aircraft—the world’s largest passenger airliner—provides interior volumes that help make it feel more like a flying five-star hotel than a jet. Offering the finest products–including skin care, fragrances, and sleepwear–as well as curated menus and wine lists, the First Class cabin pampers guests to help make the flight much more enjoyable than the typical First Class experience. Helping make the flight restful and refreshing are seats that convert to lie-flat beds and access to a full shower. When passengers want to stretch their legs or socialize, the Emirates A380 Onboard Lounge presents a contemporary setting, full bar, and flat-screen TVs with live broadcasts. The A380 First Class cabins include private suites with sliding privacy doors, ambient lighting, more than 2,500 channels of entertainment, and a minibar.
Among the most distinguishing elements of Emirates First Class are its indulgent in-flight dining menus and extensive wine list. With menus updated monthly and comprising the freshest ingredients and regional dishes, Emirates gives its First Class passengers a Michelin-worthy dining experience on every flight. Depending on the season and route, meals might include canapés of duck confit with curried pineapple, poached prawn and guacamole tartlet, or Parmesan and truffle
arancino—paired with champagne from Dom Pérignon. Or, for the main course, chicken with fregola pomodoro with tomato pasta pearls, served with Swiss chard and smoked aubergine purée. For food pairings, Emirates wine specialists carefully select the wine list. Every flight includes the latest vintage of champagne from Dom Pérignon, with other varying selections—from red Bordeaux to German Riesling to fine port—specially selected to pair with food available in Emirates First Class.

The Emirates A380 entered service in 2008 and has since become the most elite commercial aircraft in the sky. While the Emirates Business Class seats are among the industry’s most spacious, its First Class Private Suites are havens of comfort. The Suites are like cabins unto themselves, with plenty of space for an adult passenger to lie completely flat, which is made possible by its fully reclining mattress-like seats. For all First Class passengers on overnight flights, Emirates provides skin-hydrating pajamas, slippers, and sleep masks, as well as sheepskin-like blankets so travelers are sure to arrive fully rested. Each Suite includes a dedicated touchscreen tablet that controls the reclining bed, entertainment, and doors, which slide closed to provide total privacy. Like a hotel suite, each First Class Private Suite includes a personal minibar, as well as ambient lighting and a myriad of entertainment options.

Cabin technology aboard Emirates A380s makes every flight convenient and entertaining, while each cabin element is geared toward ensuring passenger comfort. Jet lag caused by altitude is mitigated by the cabin, which is pressurized to just above 6,000 feet even when the aircraft is cruising at more than 40,000 feet. Further helping to minimize jet lag are the Emirates First Class pajamas, which use Hydra Active Microcapsule Technology, a special fabric that gently releases trace amounts of naturally nutrient-rich sea kelp to prevent dehydration and stimulate circulation. Each Emirates seat includes a dedicated screen to experience the airline's award-winning in-flight entertainment system, called ice, which features more than 2,500 channels, including the latest movies and shows, as well as live TV on select aircraft.
Emirates presents extraordinary levels of hospitality for commercial air travel, with an attention to detail that helps ensure that passengers arrive refreshed and inspired. Each Emirates First Class seat includes its own Bulgari leather kit bag, with soothing skin-care essentials, lip balm, and refreshing fragrance, complimentary on all long-haul overnight flights.
